Dr. Kutzner joined Vista Photonics in July 2005 as Principal Research Scientist. He has 30 years of experience in optical system development,
optical gas sensing, laser development, surface science, photoablation, and photoelectron and mass spectroscopy.
At Vista Photonics,
he has initiated and led the development of a variety of optical gas sensing instrument platforms.
